At Royal Zari, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order reaches you safely.

1. Shipping Areas

  • Domestic: We ship to almost all pincodes across India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: If you order a custom-stitched or pre-ordered item, please allow an additional 3-5 days for preparation before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • North India (UP, Delhi, Punjab, etc.): 2 – 4 business days.

  • Rest of India (Metros & Major Cities): 4 – 6 business days.

  • Remote/North-East Areas: 7 – 9 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or courier delays) may occasionally cause delays.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹99 (or as calculated at checkout) applies to COD orders to cover handling charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your package on our website or directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided Tracking ID.

6. Damaged or Open Packages

  • Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with, torn, or unsealed.

  • If you suspect damage, please record an Unboxing Video (as per our Refund Policy) and contact us immediately at +91 7417545146.

7. Non-Delivery due to Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your address and mobile number are correct at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or incorrect phone number, we will contact you to correct the details. Re-shipping charges may apply.
