Refund & Return Policy

At Royal Zari, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the Strict Condition Requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

IMPORTANT: To ensure transparency and authenticity, we require an Unboxing Video for all return or damage claims.

  • You must record a video while opening the parcel for the first time.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, this video serves as proof.

  • Returns or claims without an unboxing video will strictly NOT be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made orders (items tailored specifically to your measurements or design requests).

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event (unless defective).

  • Any return request made without a supporting unboxing video.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

  • Policy: We offer Free Replacements only for damaged items. We do not offer monetary refunds for damaged goods; we will replace the item with a fresh piece.

  • Please email or WhatsApp us your unboxing video showing the damage clearly within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For Returns (Refunds): We value your experience. Royal Zari will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label.

  • For Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, a full refund (including your original shipping cost and item cost) will be processed within 7 days.

  • Payout Options: You may choose to receive your refund via your Original Payment Method (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer) OR as Store Credit for future purchases.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at royalzari01@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7417545146 with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Attach your Unboxing Video to the message.

  3. Wait for our team to review your request and send you the return instructions/shipping label.

  4. Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days. Replaced products will be delivered within next 7 days.
