Affiliate Program Policy

Welcome to the Royal Zari Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Royal Zari reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Tracking

Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link and/or coupon code.
Sales generated through your unique referral link will be tracked automatically.
Orders may take up to 24 hours to appear in your affiliate dashboard after being placed.

3. Commission Policy

Commission is earned only on successfully delivered orders.
Commission rates may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Pending commissions are subject to verification before approval.

4. Commission Approval & Deductions

The following orders are not eligible for commission:

Cancelled orders
Returned orders
Refunded orders
Undelivered orders
RTO (Return to Origin) orders
Fraudulent or suspicious orders

If any order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or marked as undelivered after appearing in your account, the corresponding commission will be automatically deducted from your affiliate earnings.

5. Payouts

Only approved commissions are eligible for payout.
Payouts will be processed according to Royal Zari's payout schedule.
Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details.
Royal Zari reserves the right to hold payouts for verification if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

Generate fake or fraudulent orders.
Place self-orders solely to earn commission.
Misrepresent Royal Zari products or pricing.
Use spam messages, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized promotional methods.
Impersonate Royal Zari employees or representatives.

Violation of these rules may result in commission cancellation and account termination.

7. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Royal Zari through:

Instagram
Facebook
YouTube
WhatsApp
Telegram
Websites and Blogs
Other legal promotional channels

All promotional content must be accurate and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Royal Zari may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for:

Fraudulent activity
Policy violations
Abuse of the affiliate system
Activities that may harm the Royal Zari brand

Any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent activity may be cancelled.

9. Program Changes

Royal Zari reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program, commission structure, payout terms, or any policy at any time without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

Participation in the Royal Zari Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and Royal Zari.

Important Notice

⚠️ Orders may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your affiliate account.

⚠️ Commission is earned only on successfully delivered orders.

⚠️ Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, RTO, or undelivered will be removed from affiliate earnings and no commission will be paid on such orders.

⚠️ Royal Zari reserves the final right to approve or reject any commission claim.
